When you purchase products from the Charlie Cochet Shop, your purchase delivery method will depend on the product. Please see below for the delivery methods.

 

EBOOKS 

Upon purchase, BookFunnel will email a link providing immediate online access to your Ebook. The online page at BookFunnel offers instructions on how to download your Ebook or deliver the file to your Kindle, iPhone, Android device, Nook or Kobo. If you do not see your download email, please check your Spam box, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab. If you have any issues accessing your purchased Ebook or do not receive a download email, visit https://bookfunnel.com/help/.

AUDIO

Digital audio files will be delivered immediately via an email from BookFunnel for listening on your browser or via the BookFunnel App. You will need to check your email in order to receive the audiobook.

PRINT BOOKS (Includes paperbacks and hardcovers)

Print books are printed on demand. After books are printed, they are signed, packaged, and shipped using the shipping option selected at checkout. 

AVERAGE SHIPPING TIMES 

Delivery time to U.S. addresses, 2-3 weeks.

International delivery time varies depending on country. Please allow up to 6 weeks.

Holiday shipping times

We thank you for your patience as we expect printing and shipping to take longer during November, December and January. 

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient for physical goods. The Charlie Cochet Shop is not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of customers providing inaccurate or incomplete information.
