Refund policy

RETURNS 

All sales are final. Purchases from the Charlie Cochet Shop are non-refundable, with the exception of items lost or damaged in shipping or the rare instance of a printing or product error.

Prior to completing your checkout, please review your shopping cart carefully to be sure you've purchased the correct quantity, correct format (ebook, paperback, audio), merchandise. 

Ebooks are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have issues with the ebook file, contact BookFunnel directly for assistance at help@bookfunnel.com.

REFUNDS FOR PHYSICAL GOODS

No returns. For defective or damaged items, you must contact the shop within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

For refund queries, please email info@charliecochet.com within 7 days of receiving your product. Please use the subject "returns" and include your name, order number, reason for return, and photographs of the defective or damaged item. If a book is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong title or format, we will make it right.
